Balochi Cuisine

A rock-hard prepared bread known as Kaak is commonly ate by Baluchi people.
Dampukht is also a Baluchi dish which is made by meat and it is extensively cooked in fats.
Khaddi Kabbab is a food item in which Baluchistanis cook the complete or whole goat or lamb on fire. Commonly, the raw rice is placed in the stomach of the lamb and the raw rice is cooked completely by the fats of the lamb.
Fish: major population of Baluchi people surviving on the coastal belt eats large number of fishes in their own way.
